Description
Military Sealift Command Combined Synopsis and Solicitation Notice Information The Military Sealift Command (MSC) has a bona-fide need for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) representatives to perform testing, troubleshooting, and repair on the Cargo Refrigeration and AC Systems; as well as, assist ships force demonstrate the SMART testing and inspection aboard ten (10) MSC T-AKE CLASS vessels.� Additionally, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the OEM representatives will be mandated to a 14 day quarantine upon traveling to where the ship is located.� Each country will have their own requirements that may be in addition to MSC�s quarantine requirements.� The Period of Performance (POP) and performance location is various for each ten (10) MSC T-AKE CLASS vessels.� The initial POP for the USNS ROBERT E. PEARY (T-AKE 5) is to be 07 February 2021 through 12 February 2021 in Norfolk, VA. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See attachments for combined synopsis/solicitation, justification for limited source and statements of work.
