- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24821Q0259. Submit written quotes in accordance with Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors outlined in this solicitation. Oral quotes will not be accepted. This solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC_2021-02 / 11-23-2020. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NACIS) 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction with a Size Standard of $39.5 Million, applies to this procurement. The Miami VA Healthcare System (MVAHS) intends to award a firm fixed price base year plus four (4) option years contract, for annual pumping / cleaning out of the (4) Sanitary Lift Stations, 42 Strom Drains and Cooling tower sump pump for Bldg#44 and Quarterly Inspection for Sanitary Lift Stations. This is 100% small business set-aside. SITE VISIT: There will be a site visit for this project. All interested vendors should refer to the included Performance Work Statement. Quote shall be valid 120 days from close of this solicitation. A site visit will be held on Friday January 15, 2021 at 11:00 AM EST. Attendance is not required but is strongly encouraged.
