- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, OR has a requirement for asbestos abatement, containment, removal, and disposal, lead containing paint and lead containing material abatement, containment, removal, and disposal, and structure demolition, removal, and disposal for multiple on-site structures. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE and is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-02. The NAICS code is 562910 and the small business size standard is $22.0 Million. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract. The basis of award is the best value to the Government when considering Price, Technical Capability, Past Experience, Technical Approach, and Past Performance. Award will be made to a responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Prospective contractors are urged and encouraged to visit the site prior to providing a quotation.
