- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordane with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.� Proposals are being requested.� The Government will conduct this acquisition in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13.� This solicitation is designed to provide training on HVAC Testing adn Balancing Quality Verification (HVAC TAB QV) and HVAC Systems Commissioning.� This is needed to provide training instruction to Courses 68 and 327 HVAC.
