- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is being issued as REQUEST FOR QUOTE and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2021-02. The Minnesota Army National Guard has a requirement for the purchase of dining and�lodging within a 15�mile radius of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. **Reference the attached combined synopsis for specific details of the requirement and applicable Clauses and Provisions. ***This requirement falls under one of the following exceptions, allowing the contracting process (up to the point of award) to commence prior to funding availability. High priority requirement when there is a high probability that the requirement will not be cancelled. AFARS 5132.702(a)(ii). This project is on the Army National Guard priority list and funds will be provided for award (1) proposals/bids are within 15% of the Independent Government Estimate (IGE); and (2) the funds are made available to the organization as anticipated. This statement is not a commitment of funds.
