(ABOA): 18,563 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,563 Space Type: Office, Warehouse, Storage, Garage Parking Spaces (Total): 24 Parking Spaces (Surface): 24 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 24 Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Additional Requirements: 85 parking spaces for use by government employees and visitors. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
