- THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE THE FULL SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON OR AFTER 10/21/2020 635-16-104 Renovate Canteen Food Court and Office Suite The purpose of this project is to renovate the existing Canteen food court and offices that will create a more effective space for the disabled and bariatric patients and staff. The idea is to centralize all the dining and canteen food court area to one location to create a more effective flow to the space. This includes enlarging the deli, deli storage, tray wash area and the kitchen grill storage. Enlarging that space results in relocating the offices over towards the mechanical room. There will also be a 24-hour dining area that will be blocked off during certain hours, creating a smaller dining area. The doors to the fire stairs, mechanical room and exterior will remain as is. The heat/air system will be updated, electrical updated, emergency power added, and new finishes installed. TOTAL Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside.
