Posted 18 December 2020.� _______________________________________________________________________ **************RFP SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0001***************** The purpose of this�amendment is to incorporate updated documents (Section L, Section M, and Sample Project SOW) and extend the solicitation proposal due date to 21 January 2021 at 2:00 PM MST.� ________________________________________________________________________ NOTICE:�This is the official Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Multiple Award Construction Contract IV (MACC IV) at Hill AFB, UT for Hill AFB and the Utah Air National Guard (UTANG). DESCRIPTION:�The purpose of this solicitation is to establish the MACC IV which is an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ),�design-build contract covering multiple disciplines in general construction to be managed by the 75th Civil Engineering Group (CEG) at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB) and Utah Air National Guard Base (UAGB), Utah. Project locations may also include remote sites such as Boulder Seismic Station Pinedale, Wyoming; Little Mountain, Utah; Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR); and Carter Creek, Utah. Task Orders (TO) shall be issued under this contract to define specific project requirements. Attached to this posting is the Solicitation and all accompanying attachments. A bidder�s library (Attachments 06-33) is available upon request via email to the POCs listed on this posting. If you previously received the bidder's library, you do not need to request it again�as no changes have been made to the documents within it. All current and�future information concerning this effort will be posted under this solicitation number. RESPONSES:� All proposals are due no later than January 21, 2021 at 2:00 PM MST. (Updated 11 December 2020) Government responses to previously submitted industry questions are not included with this posting, but are available in the pre-solicitation�and RFI postings. Also attached to this posting is a new Q & A Matrix. Please submit any new or unanswered questions using the Q & A Matrix. All questions are due no later than December 11, 2020 at 1:00 PM MST. Government responses to�questions will be�attached to this posting on approximately December 18, 2020. If questions are proprietary in nature, please indicate on the Q & A Matrix.
