- �The Buffalo Black Rock Lock (BRL) has a culvert hydraulic cylinder that needs to be replaced. Please submit questions to Peter Gembala at peter.r.gembala@usace.army.mil by 3:00 P.M. on 24 December 2020.� The magnitude of this project is $75,000 - $150,000.� A site visit is scheduled for 22 Dec 2020 at 1000. The Buffalo District is a secure compund. Therefore, please RSVP with Peter Gembala at�Peter.R.Gembala@usace.army.mil no late than 21 Dec at 1100.� 06 Jan 2021: The quote due date has been extended from 08 Jan 2021 to 15 Jan 2021.
