- AMENDMENT 1 - Reason: (1) Extended Closing Date 01/18/2021 2PM PST; and (2) update FAR Clause�52.209-4 SYNOPSIS Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport is soliciting for brand name or equal in Cold Gas FES Burst Disks in accordance with (IAW) Statement of Work and required FMS, First Article, CDRL and Certificate of Conformance. CLINs Breakdown CLIN 0001 � FAT Qty 3, Delivery 4 weeks ADC CLIN 0002 � CDRL A001 , Delivery 4 weeks ADC CLIN 0003 - Production Qty 50, 12 weeks AFATA CLIN 0004 � Production Qty 10, 12 weeks AFATA CLIN 0005 � Production Qty 10, Delivery 12 weeks AFATA CLIN 0006 � Production Qty 10, Delivery 12 weeks AFATA �This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The solicitation, issued as request for quotation (RFQ) N0025321Q0032 is attached to this announcement. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334511 and has a size standard of 1,250 employees. Offerors are required to provide FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing as soon as practicable after receipt of solicitation.
