- A solicitation will be issued for End Item: C-130 Hercules Aircraft, NSN 1680-01-445-4796, Berth, Aircraft, IQC 1000111773.� Delivery schedule is 90 days ARO.� Critical Application Item.� Configuration Control Item.� NAICS is 336413.� This is an unrestricted procurement.� Other than full and open competition, potential source: Oregon Aero, Inc., CAGE 0WY76.� FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination.� This is a request for proposal for an Indefinite Quantity Contract.� Estimated Annual Quantities for a base period of five years with zero (0) options will be 28 each.� Surge requirements do not apply.
