- This is not a solicitation/request for proposal.� The solicitation/request for proposal will be forth coming.� When issued the Solicitation/Request for Proposal can be found on the DSCC Bid website at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/. The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSNs 2510-015990236, 2510-015990250, 2540-015847454 and 5330-015877875.� This will be solicited as an Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract containing a 3-year base and 2 option years.� The total duration, base plus option years, shall not exceed 5 years.� The solicitation will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside.� �NACIS Code 332999, business size �750 Solicitation will be issued using FAR Part 15 procedures and will require Certified Cost and Pricing Data. NSNs are part of the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program and will� be solicited as FOB Origin and commercial packaging. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of �offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offers/quote, which shall be considered.
