- Solicitation is for NSN 4235-01-668-9796, the following information applies to the NSN: NSN���������������������� �������������������������Delivery ���������������� ����������������Quantity���� ������Days 4235-01-668-9796____46 each___��� 60 NSN 4235-01-668-9796 (SPILL CONTAINMENT U) NAICS 339113; This item is used on FUEL DISPENSING SYSTEM, TACT AIRFLD (3ID) (M1966) and will be in accordance with (IAW) BASIC CONCEPTS, INCORPORATED CAGE 0V4E7 P/N BCI-ATB-50K-KIT. A technical data package is not available for this NSN. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination with FOB Origin. This procurement is unrestricted. Informal cost data may be required to support proposed pricing. This NSN is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI), but may be considered as commercial of a type. This is a tactical buy for a firm fixed quantity. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date on or about January 27, 2021, under solicitation SPE4A6-21-Q-0533.
