- This Solicitation will be formaly amended to exted the expiration date out to 2/5/2021. Expect the modified solicitation to be uploaded in two days. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to solicit and award a Sole Source contract to CEPEDA Associates for Installation, repair and maintenance of the Scrubber and Burners CO/H2 System. This requirement is for the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to perform the services. CEPEDA Associates has not authorized the use of their drawings by any third party. CEPEDA Associates. Under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. CEPEDA Associates owns the proprietary drawings, and is the only vendor that is authorized to accomplish the work. Please see attached Solicitation N3904021R0009
