- *** AMENDMENT 0002 � The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate DFARS 252.211-7003 Item Unique Identification and Valuation into this solicitation and DFARS 252.225-7974 Representation Regarding Business Operations with the Maduro Regime (DEVIATION O0005) (FEB 2020) into this solicitation. *** [12 January 2021] *** AMENDMENT 0001 � The purpose of this amendment is to remove DFARS 252.222- 7999 (DEVIATION 2021-O0001) (NOV 2020) from this solicitation. *** [11 January 2021] This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This enclosure is an addendum to FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors � Commercial Items, which applies to this acquisition. Competitive quotes are being requested under Request for Quote (RFQ) Number N66001- 21-Q-6110. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 334118, Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Only quotes submitted by Small Business Concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a non-Small Business Concern will not be considered for award. The Government is seeking to acquire six (6) NI (formerly National Instruments) PXI systems, P/N BD270557, PXI-VLF-COM-Walt. Please see attachments for further details.
