- Amendment is to extend the closing date and update/add clauses. ********************************************************************************************************************************************** Solicitation Information All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Maria Sproul at maria.sproul@navy.mil no later than 11:00AM Eastern Standard Time on 10 December 2020. Solicitation N0042121Q0071 is issued as a brand name procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for MFG:� Xilinx Inc items listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Offeror�s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Vendor must be Xilinx Authorized Distributor/Reseller and must provide documentation.� If you fail to provide documentation your quote will not be considered and you will be disqualified.� Documentation will be verified with Xilinx.� Items must be covered under the Manufacturer�s Warranty.� No equal to or refurbished products will be considered.� Must be 100% Brand Name Only. ***Instructions to Offerors*** Offerors must complete the attached certification in Section I & K of this solicitation, 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (AUG 2020) & 52.209-11, Representation by Corporations Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under any Federal Law. Please provide the completed certification with your offer.� This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror�s initial offer should represent the vendor�s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide. Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Your quote must contain enough technical information i.e. data sheet, drawing, specification, etc. for evaluation. Your quote will only be evaluated based on the information provided. The award will be made on the basis of lowest evaluated price of qoutes meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the initial offer should represent the vendor�s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. A determination by the Government not to accept the proposal for not meeting the minimum requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
