- Description
- Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, ACC-Orlando will continue hosting virtual PALT Update Sessions via MS TEAMS until further notice.� The next session is scheduled for Tuesday, 9 February 2021 @ 1100 EST.� Note that we will start promptly at 1100 EST. Registered individuals will be able to begin signing in for the session at 1030 EST. We request you sign in as early as practicable to help us ensure an on time start. �The session will include ACC-Orlando, PEO STRI, and PM TRASYS (U.S. Marine Corps) representatives and is scheduled for one hour. In order to attend the 9 February 2021 virtual session, individuals MUST R.S.V.P via the following URL no later than Sunday, 31 Jan 2021: https://einvitations.afit.edu/inv/index.cfm?i=586425&k=0769440D7952 NOTE:� Due to limitations with MS TEAMS, participation will be limited to the first 250 individuals who R.S.V.P.� As such, industry partners are asked to limit participation to one person per company. When registering, you will have the option of submitting question(s). If you elect to submit an inquiry, we ask that you pose a specific question, vice simply listing a program acronym or name. �This will greatly facilitate our Division Chiefs in providing focused, accurate answers during the session. Given our projected audience size, in the interests of first addressing the questions we receive in advance, we may not be able to entertain interactive questions during this one hour session. Thus, to ensure we do address your most pressing contract related questions, submit them as part of the aforementioned R.S.V.P. process.� Information to be provided by the Government during the PALT Update session will be limited to status updates pertaining to specific procurements. The Government will not provide any procurement sensitive information that would violate the integrity of the source selection process. We will continue to post updated versions of our ACC-Orlando Workload P.O.C. Chart and Customer Contracting Common Operating Picture (C3OP) to our ACC-Orlando public website on a monthly basis.� As always, if you have any questions regarding specific programs of interest after this Virtual PALT Update Session, you may contact the applicable Contracting Officer directly. With regards to future FY2021 PALT Update Sessions, ACC-Orlando will continue to monitor the COVID situation and will communicate any updates via the beta.sam.gov website.� Ensuring the safety of our ACC-Orlando workforce, our Requiring Activity counterparts, and our industry partners will remain our top priority. � Although minutes/notes for PALT Update Sessions will not be taken or provided, at the sole discretion of the owning activity, any charts/presentations presented during these PALT Update Sessions may be posted to the ACC-ORL public website, https://acc.army.mil/contractingcenters/acc-orl/, for your future reference.
