- *� The Solicitation has been attached as an entire document. 1. �Description. The Rio Grande National Forest has a requirement for janitorial cleaning at the Supervisor�s Office in Monte Vista, CO. The office is made up of approximately 20 rooms of different size, totaling 17,869 square feet.� Thin carpeted flooring is used throughout.� There are 5 restrooms total with nine (9) toilets, three (3) urinals and eight (8) sinks.� There is also a breakroom with a sink. 2. �Contracting Office Address.� �������� 324 25th, Street ���������������������������������������������� �����������������Ogden, UT 84401 3. �Product or Service Code. It has been determined, due to concerns over COVID-19, not to offer a site visit.�� 8. �Contact Point or Contracting Officer. Hwy 160, Monte Vista, CO� 81144. 10. �Contract Type:�Firm-Fixed Priced, Multi-Year Contract. 11. �Contract Award Period of Performance. The anticipated period of performance includes a base period and four (4) option years.� The base period will be from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022. The optional periods will run 1 July through 30 June of every year following.� An option year is not guaranteed.� Funding will be based on the fixed price schedule of items issued upon award of the contract. 12. �Contract Award Date. On or about 19 February 2021. 13. �Contract Award Dollar Amount. The awarded dollar amount will be based on competitive pricing received in response to the Government Solicitation in accordance with the solicitation/contract schedule of items. 14. �Contractor.
