Vessel must be capable of 15 knots minimum when laden. 17. The place/range of delivery is Beaumont, TX (USA), and place/range of redelivery is the Ash Shuaiba, Kuwait. The laydays are to be a two day window between 21 February and 28 February 2021, indicated by the offeror, and the charter period will be 36 days. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as Unrestricted is based on responses received from a recent market survey for this service.
