- Description
- The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Belvoir intends to solicit and negotiate a Request for Proposal on behalf of the US Army Product Manager, Ground Sensors to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Requirement on a best value, trade-off, basis.� The awarded IDIQ contract will have an ordering period of five (5) years with a (2) year optional ordering period and will allow for Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Delivery/Task Orders for the production, test, and engineering services of Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs).� The PM GS 2GF B-Kit CCA requirement includes the three (3) CCAs common to all Second Generation Forward Looking Infrared (2GF) A-Kit platforms: the Motor Controller (MC) CCA, the Interface and Graphics (I&G) CCA, and the Advanced Video Processor (AVP) CCA or its Foreign Military Sales variant, the Exportable Video Processor (XVP) CCA.� This effort will address the B-Kit CCA requirements for Product Manager Bradley production and the Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC).� The CECOM ILSC provides 2GF sustainment for Product Manager Abrams, Product Manager Bradley, several Foreign Military Sales customers, and the PM GS Long Range Scout Surveillance System (LRAS3).� The A-Kits include the Commander�s Independent Thermal Viewer (CITV) and Gunner�s Primary Sight (GPS) Thermal Imaging System (TIS) for the M1A2 SEPv2 and SEPv3 Abrams tanks, the Commander�s Independent Viewer (CIV) and Improved Bradley Acquisition System (IBAS) for the Bradley Fighting Vehicle, and its other variants, and the LRAS3.� These systems provide thermal imaging that enable scouts, gunners, and vehicle commanders to detect, recognize, and identify personnel, equipment, and vehicles at extended ranges in adverse weather conditions.� This procurement action will be competed on a Full and Open basis.� The North American Industry Classification Systems code (NAICS) for this effort is 334511, which has a size standard of $7.5M. All Offeror�s must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and DFARS 252.204-7004. In addition, all Offerors must complete and submit the Certifications and Representations as set forth in FAR 52.212-3.� This can be accomplished through the following website: https://sam.gov.
