- In accordance with FAR 5.2, this is a notice that DLA Land at Aberdeen anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about January 28, 2021 for a five (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with one 5-year base period and no option periods with an estimated contract value of $564,0865.43. The anticipated award date is March 2021. This proposed action is for the following spare components: � Nomenclature: Panel, Control, Electrical-Electronic Equipment NSN: 5895-01-349-8108 Part Number: A3106254-1 5 Year Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ): 745 Unit of issue: EA Nomenclature: Keyboard, Data Entry NSN: 5895-01-371-0450 Part Number: A3106254-2 5 Year BEQ: 40 Unit of Issue: EA These spare parts are being procured in support of the Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System (SINCGARS). The two NSNs being procured are critical application, high reliability, electroluminescent panel and keyboard assemblies designed solely for use with the Airborne SINCGARS Radio Receiver-Transmitter (RT) RT-1476A/ARC-201A(V) and Radio Control Set C-11466A/ARC-201A(V), which is used with RT-1477A/ARC-201A(V) and RT-1476A/ARC-201A(V) as the functional control interface for controlling the RTs from a remote location. SINCGARS is a family of Very High Frequency-Frequency Modulation combat net radios designed to provide the primary means of command and control for combat, combat support, and combat service support units. The SINCGARS family of radios has the capability to transmit and receive voice and digital data and is consistent with North Atlantic Treaty Organization Interoperability requirements. SINCGARS is the primary soldier-to-soldier communications system and is one of the five major communications/data elements that provide seamless digital communications to the Army end user. SINCGARS helps ensure reliable communications between users, by providing resistance to jamming via an Electronic Counter-Countermeasures capability using single channel offset or frequency hopping. The NAICS code for the NSNs are 336413, Other Aircraft Part and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing. This procurement is not subject to a small business set-aside. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), the only approved sources are CMC Electronics Inc. (Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code: 90073) and Bowmar LLC (CAGE Code: 99479). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.� � � � � � � � �� The BEQs for any resultant IDIQ FFP LTC is provided for planning purposes only and does not represent a guarantee by the Government. The Government is only obligated to order the guaranteed minimum, which will be available in the forthcoming solicitation.
