Description

**Amendment 1** The purpose of this amendment is to to provide answers to questions submitted to the CO. Closing date remains the same of January 19, 2021 at 1:00 PM MST The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Region Fire & Aviation Management, Ogden, Utah, has a need for Standard Aviation Jet-A Fuel with Prist. The intent of this solicitation and any resultant contract is to obtain supply and delivery of aviation fuel into a plane, including applicable call-out fees, for the refueling of Region 4 (Intermountain Region) aircraft at Ogden Hinckley Field, 3515 Airport Rd, Ogden, UT 84405 It is anticipated to award one Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.� The period of performance of this contract is from date of award through 365 days.� There is the possibility, based on the need of the Forest Service, of four (4) one (1) year option years. Evaluation Factors include: Availability to deliver within short time frames Past Performance Price At a minimum, offerors shall submit the following documents with their response to this solicitation: 1-Schedule of Items 2-Experience and Equipment Questionnaire 3-Representations by Corporations Regarding an Unpaid Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction 4-Responses to Delivery Availability, Past Performance, & Pricing PER FAR 52.204-7 (b)(1) IT IS REQUIRED THAT ALL CONTRACTOR�S BE REGISTERED AND VALID IN THE System for Award Management � SAM - DATABASE PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A QUOTE FOR THIS PROJECT.� www.sam.gov CONTRACTOR MUST ALSO BE REGISTERED IN THE SAM DATABASE UNDER THE NAICS CODE THAT THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING ISSUED UNDER.
