Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.� The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Segue Technologies located in Arlington VA, 22201.� The anticipated period of performance will be for a one-year base period with four one-year option periods.� Segue Technologies will provide a manpower software solution to the NNSA.� The manpower solution will be a suite of web-based tools designed to collect, report and disseminate all approved positions within the NNSA.� The application will manage and produce division management document information to be used at all levels and depict funding level detail for Federal employees.� Segue Technologies will use an iterative development cycle that requires continuous face to face collaboration between the contractor and Government subject matter experts. Segue Technologies will also provide system support to maintain the functional processes daily.� This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All questions shall be submitted to Michael Thomey, Contracting Officer, at Michael.Thomey@NNSA.DOE.GOV by 8 AM EST February 4, 2021.
