Description

The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract and will utilize procedures with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 � Simplified Acquisition Procedures with Team Housing Solutions.� Commander, Naval Submarine Force Atlantic (COMNAVSUBLANT) requires temporary lodging for 10 sailors from 21January2021 � 31August2021. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency.� A complete RFP package will be available on or about 14 January 2021, by downloading the documents at the beta.SAM.gov Website as follows: http://www.beta.sam.gov.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract as supported by a signed Justification for Sole Source.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 721110 � Hotels (except casino hotels).� Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer.
