- N00164-21-Q-0054 � SOLE SOURCE � PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE / SERVICE PLAN WITH OPTIONS - FSG J036 - NAICS 811211 ISSUE DATE 14 JAN 2021 � CLOSING DATE 19 JAN 2021 � 12:00 PM Eastern Time This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13.� Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-21-Q-0054 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.� SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, (Stratasys, Inc., 7665 Commerce Way, Eden Prairie, MN 5534484 CAGE CODE: 1GKB4), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Base Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for the following ITEM DESCRIPTION - CLIN 0001 � Emerald Care 900MC, P/N: L0580, IAW Statement of Work CLIN 0002 � Emerald Care 450MC, P/N: K0433, IAW Statement of Work CLIN 0003 � Option #1 Emerald Care 900MC, P/N: L0580, IAW Statement of Work (YR 2022) CLIN 0004 � Option #2 Emerald Care 450MC, P/N: K0433, IAW Statement of Work (YR 2022) CLIN 0005 � Option #3 Emerald Care 900MC, P/N: L0580, IAW Statement of Work (YR 2023) CLIN 0006 � Option #4 Emerald Care 450MC, P/N: K0433, IAW Statement of Work (YR 2023) Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. Please reference delivery schedule in RFQ. The anticipated award date is January 19, 2021.� Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
