Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Warfighter Support Center on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division has a requirement for Snow and Ice Removal Services to be performed at the MAJ James J. O'Donovan Armed Foreces Reserve Center, located in Albany, NY�and the AMSA #8 Remsen Street, located in Rotterdam, NY.� The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide snow and ice removal services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).� The anticipated contract type is a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of a 12-month base year and four 12-month option years from date of award.� The acquisition is a total small business set-aside.� All responsible sources must submit a capability statement, both TECHNICAL and PRICE PROPOSAL which will be considered by the Government following the release of an official solicitation within a couple of weeks.� In order to receive an award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management.�
