- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N0018921QG016 This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-87-2 and DFARS Publication Notice 20160325. It is the responsibility of the vendor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: https://www.acquisition.gov/far/ and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/dfarspgi/current/index.html. The NAICS code is 611699 and the Small Business Standard is $12 million. Surface Warfare Schools Command (SWSC) aboard Naval Station Newport, RI requires a vendor to provide on-site private human performance workshops, assessments, and reports to evaluate staff and students in order to meet US Navy requirements. The workshops designed for senior command Navy leadership positions shall include practical and classroom education on influencing culture change and personal accountability through conditioning, nutrition, sleep, stress mitigation, and resilience. Analytics and metrics reports will include human performance assessments and profiles for each participant. See Statement of Work included in the solicitation. Quotes must be submitted via email to mindy.morris@navy.mil by January 21st 2021 at 1200 a.m. EST (Groton, CT local time) and must include the mandatory documents FAR 52.209-11, FAR 52.222-52, FAR 52.204-26, FAR 52.203-18, DFARS 252.204-7016, and DFARS 252.204-7017 to be considered for award If there are any questions, please contact Ms. Mindy Morris who can be reached at email mindy.morris@navy.mil. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible vendor whose quote represents the best value to the Government after evaluation in accordance with the factors and sub-factors in the RFQ. All quotes shall include price(s), FOB point, a point of contact, name and phone number, GSA contract number if applicable, business size, and payment terms.
