Description

This pre-solicitation is the synopsis for a sealed bid solicitation for the New Mexico Air National Guard (NMANG) located on Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico to install a backup generator to building 1044. The solicitation will become available on February 1, 2021. Please hold on submitting any questions or Request for Information (RFI) until after the solicitation has been issued. The solicitation will include the Standard Form 1442 (Solicitation Document), Statement of Work, Drawings, Schedule of Submittals, Wage Determination, and a Questions and Answers Document. The solicitation will provide information about the pre bid conference (date, location, and time) and the bid opening (date, location, and time). The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for this sealed bid solicitation. The solicitation will be set aside for 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238290 � Other Building Equipment Contractors, the size standard is $16.5 Million. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Again this notice is the pre solicitation, the solicitation will be posted on�February 1, 2021.
