- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION COMBO: Cypres Pins i.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.ii.Solicitation FA4877-21-Q-A084 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).iii.This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-02, Defense Procurement Notice 20201130, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2019-1001.iv.This is a total-small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 314999 with a small business size standard of 500 Employees.v.Davis-Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following:CLIN 0001 - Cypres 2 1-Pin P/N: AAD2C1M035L QTY: 7 EACLIN 0001 - Cypres 2 1-Pin P/N: AAD2C1M535L QTY: 25 EAThis is a brand-name requirement. Specifics are located in the Justification and Approval attachment. All items must be new, not refurbished.vi.All products provided should adhere to the specifications described above in the item description, and as described in the Justification and Approval attachment.vii.The government will award to the offeror whose quote is the lowest priced technically acceptable. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror�s capability statement to meet the defined salient characteristics of the product or service.viii.The Government intends to evaluate offers and award without discussion, but reserves the right to conduct discussions. Therefore, the offeror�s initial offer should contain the offeror�s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration.
