- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services (CTS) Contracting Office; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Sex Offender Services in the Eugene, Oregon area. These services will have to be provided within a 10 mile radius of the United States Post Office located at 520 Willamette St. Eugene, OR within � mile from a public transit bus stop.� Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on �February 1, 2021 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on January 31, 2026. The Following services are required and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor. Base Year: Estimated Number of Substance Abuse Inmates = 21 Substance Abuse Treatment Services: Substance Use Intake Screening (one per authorized inmate) for 15 inmates = 15 assessments Substance Use Individual Counseling 20 units (per inmate) x 48 inmates = 960 units Substance Use Assessment and Report (one per authorized inmate) for 15 inmates = 15 assessments Dual Diagnosis Intake Assessment & Report (one per authorized inmate) for 15 inmates = 15 reports Group Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 20 inmates = 1440 units Family Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 20 units
