- THIS ACQUISITION IS FOR 100% NATIVE OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE UNDER THE BUY INDIAN ACT (25 U.S.C.). Requirement: Solid Waste Services for Santa Rosa Day School 8 Yard Bins, 6 Brown Bins 8 Yard Recycle Bins, 2 Green Bins The due date for responses to this RFQ shall be sent via email to karen.cooper@bia.gov, no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Time, January 14, 2021.
