Description

This is a solicitation for cleaning services for a controlled environment at the Daniel K. Inouye Regional Center (IRC) in Honolulu, HI.� The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Strategic Sourcing Acquisition Division intends to award a firm fixed price contract for a base year plus four option years for cleaning services. This acquisition is being processed under the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This constitutes the only Request for Quotation (RFQ) written offers are being requested. This notice is hereby issued as RFQ No. 1305M421QNAAJ0012. This RFQ and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-02. The line items shall be provided in accordance with the specifications listed in the attached solicitation SF-1449 document. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). For information and to register, please access the following website: https://www.sam.gov/. In order to register on the SAM website, offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet number. A Dun & Bradstreet number may be acquired free of charge by contacting Dun & Bradstreet on-line at http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform. Quotes received from contractors not registered in SAM will not be considered for award. The Government intends to make an award to the responsive responsible quoter providing the lowest price technically acceptable. Faxed quotes will not be accepted. Quotes should be e-mailed to Miranda.Meyer@noaa.gov. Quotes must be received not later than January 25, 2021, 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Quoters must submit all questions concerning this solicitation by e-mail not later than January 19, 2021, 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
