� GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Louisiana City: Baton Rouge Delineated Area: North:� Jefferson Highway South: Highland Road East:�� Bluebonnet Road West:� Lee Drive Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,225 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,225 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 1 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1 Full Term: 17 Firm Term: 15 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space offered must be contiguous and have potential for an efficient layout. ��Space on the second floor or higher is preferred. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.� Expressions of Interest Due: February 4, 2021 Market Survey (Estimated): February 2021 Offers Due: April 2021 Occupancy: February 2022 Expressions of interest must include the following information: Building name and address and location of the available space within the building Rentable square feet available, and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced ABOA square feet to be offered, and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully service.� Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. Date of space availability Building ownership information Amount of parking available on-site and its cost.� Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any) Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building List of building services provided Building, space, and parking accessibility in compliance with ABAAS. Building, space, and parking compliance with fire and life safety requirements. Building, space, and parking compliance with ISC and Publication 64 security standards.
