Page | 2 of 2 Parking Lot Sweeping Services for the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHS) Question and Responses from RFP: 36C262-21-R-0024 Dated: January 15th, 2020 We need to perform sweeping during regular hours? When I walked the property last year the place was packed. That would make sweeping to the required expectations extremely difficult. Also, just for clarification, do you want the parking structure included? Sweeping service should be performed weekends or early morning hours when there is the least amount of cars. The parking structure is not included. I am hoping to find out if there is an incumbent contractor currently performing these services, if similar services have been performed in the past, or if this is a new requirement. If this is a follow-on requirement, could you please provide the previous contract or task order number? This is a new requirement. The VA Grounds crew currently provides this service. I think there is a mistake on Page 4 quantities, it lists the quantity as 0. Since the scope of work is asking for weekly street sweeping, I assume this should say 52 weeks? As of right now, Im unclear to give a weekly price in the unit price column, or a yearly price. The Quantity shall be 52 and Unit Weekly
