Description

Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) intends to issue a solicitation for the manufacture, assembly, test and delivery of Vertical Launching System (VLS) Launch Sequencer (LSEQ), Maintenance Assistance Module (MAM) kit, Onboard Repair Part (OBRP) kit, Installation and Checkout (INCO) spares kit, Depot spares kit, and Lowest Replaceable Unit (LRU) kit.� Please refer to the attached Statement of Work for a detailed description of this effort� Sources Sought Notice No. N6339420R0020 posted to beta.sam.gov on 1 April 2020 provides additional information regarding this requirement. Based on market research results, the Government has determined that this requirement will be solicited under the provisions of FAR Subpart 6.1 Full and Open Competition under NAICS 334519, pursuant to the policies and procedures of FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation.� All responsible sources may submit a proposal that the agency shall consider. Disclaimer: This presolicitation notice is for information only and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to solicit contractual offers or award contracts.� The Government is not soliciting, nor will it accept proposals as a result of this synopsis.� If a competitive solicitation is issued in the future, it will be announced via beta.sam.gov and interested parties must comply with that announcement.� The Government will not reimburse respondents for any questions submitted or information provided as a result of this notice.� This is not a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation, and this information is subject to modification and in no way binds the Government to award a contract.
