Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center � 800 gallons Chevron Delo 100 40 W, 3 55 gallon drums Chevron Rando ISO 46HD, 3 55 gallon drums and 5 five-gallon pails Chevron Delo Gear EP5 80w-90, and 3 55 gallon drums Chevron Delo 400 15W-40. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NMAN2190-21-00500 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-02. (iv) This is a small business set aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 324191, Petroleum Lubricating Oil and Grease Manufacturing; the small business size standard is 750 Employees. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1:� Bulk�Delivery: 800 gallons Chevron Delo 100 40 3 Drums: (165 gallons) Chevron Rando ISO 46HD 3 Drums & 5 Five-gallon Pails: (190 gallons) Chevron Delo Gear EP5 80w-90 3 Drums: (165 Gallons) Chevron Delo 400 15W-40 (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired:� The vendor is to provide the items in CLIN 1 per the attached statement of need.� Delivery costs should be included in the quote. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point.� Delivery is required no later than February 01, 2021 to: NOAA Fairweather 1515 Fairview Ave E Seattle, WA 98102 (xvi) Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) and assigned ratings is not applicable.
