Description

The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Clinical Center (CC), Office of Purchasing and Contracts (OPC) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting Market Research to identify parties having an interest in providing the specified products referenced for the NIH-CC Food Distribution. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE All work shall be performed at or products delivered to the NIH Clinical Center(CC) located at 10 Center Drive,Bethesda, MD 20892. The Government reserves the right to change the location of the work site if necessary. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE One year with (4) additional one year option periods PRODUCT TYPE Food/nourishments in order to provide meals to patients undergoing research/treatment at the Mark O. Hatfield Clinical Research Center (CRC). DISCLAIMER This Sources Sought Notice is for informational purposes only. This Notice does not constitute a Solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Federal Government. Responses of any form are not o?ers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. Any information submitted by Respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. Responses will not be returned to the Responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future Request for Quote (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB), Request for Proposal (RFP), if any issued. If a Solicitation is released, it will be released via the Government-Wide Point of Entry (GPE). It is the responsibility of potential Offerors to monitor the GPE for additional information pertaining to this requirement. All responses must be received by January 30, 2021�@ 11:00 AM Eastern time and must reference solicitation number 21-000537. Responses may be submitted electronically to Christopher Lauver, Contracting Specialist at christopher.lauver@nih.gov Fax responses will not be accepted.
