- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Washington City: Spokane Delineated Area: City Limits of Spokane Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,300 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,500 Space Type: Office, Other Parking Spaces (Total): 23 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 23 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 23 Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: Space shall be on the second floor or higher. Space shall not be located in a shopping mall or shopping center. Building shall not be located within 1,000 feet of residential properties, schools, places of worship, hospitals, prisons, abortion clinics, mental health clinics, drug rehabilitation centers or day care facilities. 24 hour access to the secured parking spaces is a requirement. Fenced in parking area will be a minimum of 8 foot tall, barbed wired and 9 gauge chain link. Building must not be located within a minimum of 50 feet from an active railroad track Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
