Description

The Pacific Northwest Research Station (PNW) intends to issue a firm fixed price solictation for PNW (SMT) Meetings Facilitation� for Building Station Management Team competency through consistent guided facilitation of our strategic monthly and quarterly meeting scheduled for FY2021 and FY2022 to provide a structured framework to enhance the effectiveness of the team, bringing the tools and techniques from our team building experiences into our interactions during regularly occurring meetings.� This requirement and subsequent award is issued as a Pre-solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP). Offerors are requested to review all attachments to this solicitation and provide the required information indicated below in order to have their quote/proposal considered responsive. a) Print out and return a signed copy of the attached Standard Form 1449, prior to bid closing date. b) Print out and return Section B as a bid sheet. c) Review Section E pages 18 thru 21 Evaluation Factors for Award and submit (3) references for past performance to include: organizational Name, email address and phone number, point of contact, period of performance and total dollar value of contract.
