- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and award. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement for an International Instructor in support of the Wildlife Crime Scene Investigation Program. The period of performance will be a base year and one option year. This posting will be referred to under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number 140F0421Q0019. This document is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13 incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021- 02. This requirement is set aside for small business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical service with a business size standard of $16.50.
