Description

Solicitation W911SA-20-Q-3091 will be issued on or about 25-August-2020 and can be accessed at https://beta.sam.gov.� This requirement is for Grounds Maintenance Services at Facility KS085, located at �2012 METROPOLITAN AVE LEAVENWORTH, KS 66048.� The performance period is from 1 March 2021 to 28 February 2022, including four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. A site visit is scheduled at the Facility KS085, (2012 METROPOLITAN AVE LEAVENWORTH, KS 66048) on Tuesday, 1-September-2020 at 1:00 pm CST. Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access https://beta.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. Amendment 1 was posted to beta.sam.gov/ on 30 November 2020 to remove the CMR CLIN and all language in association of the CMR CLIN including updating the Attachment 5 Price Schedule.� The required response date/time has changed from 23-Sep-2020 10:00 AM to 01-Dec-2020 04:00 PM. Amendment 2 was posted to beta.sam.gov/ on 19 January 2021 to update the current Wage Determination.� Amendment 2 also extends the offer due date and local time to 20 January 2021 at 2:00 PM CST.
