U.S. GOVERNMENT Solicitation Number: 8NY2686 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New York City: Brooklyn Delineated Area: North: Intersection of Adams Street and John Street, John Street to Hudson Avenue, Hudson Avenue to Navy Street, Navy Street to Flushing Avenue to Vanderbilt Avenue East: Vanderbilt Avenue to Flatbush Avenue South: Flatbush Avenue to Atlantic Avenue, Atlantic Avenue to the Brooklyn Queens Expressway (BQE)/278 West: BQE/278 to Pearl Street, Pearl Street to Anchorage Pl, Anchorage Pl to Adams Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 68,054 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 71,457 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft (RSF) 94,000 RSF Space Type: Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total):�See Expression of Interest instructions below Parking Spaces (Reserved):�See Expression of Interest instructions below Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 20 Years Additional Requirements include but not limited to: Offered Space must be contiguous and located on the 3rd floor or higher of the building.� � The offered location shall not be located adjacent to Foreign Government offices. Allow 24-hour unrestricted access to the office space. � A separate entrance and area of the building must be provided to the Government for �secure� evidence and personnel transfer. The offered space must provide a generator to specifically service the Government�s communications system, intrusion detection system, and approximately 400 square feet of special space. Radio communication antenna(s) on the roof of the building and radio communication base stations with associated equipment in the elevator equipment area or similar type area near the roof. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Brooklyn, NY that will be expiring.� This lease is subject to Prospectus PNY-02-BR20. The Government will consider alternative space if determined economically advantageous relative to its current location.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can competitively satisfy the Government�s total requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. This procurement will be subject to all the rules, regulations, conditions and specifications stated in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) package that will be provided to interested parties subsequent to this advertisement and market survey. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).� For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FAR-Case-2019-009/889_Part_B.
