Webster East: Old Madison RD & Troupeville Hwy South: Highway 76/ Johnson Short RD West: Highway 333/ Dunn RD & Shiver RD Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�3,358 Rentable Square Feet (NTE):�3,862 Space Type:�Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total):�1 Reserved for GOV Additional Parking Spaces (available for use at no charge to the Government):�24 Full Term:�Up to Twenty (20) Years Firm Term:�Ten (10) Years Termination Rights:�120 Days in whole or in part Option Term:�TBD Additional Requirements: Class A or B space in a modern office building Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The building, space and/or surrounding area shall be compatible with the government's intended use. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
