Description

SEE DETAILED ATTACHMENT - The proposed contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide drinking water wells/water treatment plants drinking water sampling and analysis services in and around areas at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. �The proposed contractor shall comply with all applicable licenses, certifications and permits required by Federal, State, and Local Regulations. � Perform sampling and analysis of fifty-eight (58) Drinking Water Wells and four (4) Water Treatment Plants drinking water (Only) located in and around sites at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.� Sampling shall be in accordance with EPA Region IV guidance entitled �Environmental Investigations Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Assurance.�� Laboratory analyses shall be performed by a laboratory that is certified in the State of North Carolina in accordance with EPA Method 524.2, �Measurement of Purge able Organic Compounds in Water by Capillary Column Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry.� These services shall be performed during the month of February or March, and September or October timeframe, scheduling shall be coordinated by the Government appointed representative.
