Description

This is a Sources Sought -�""Full and Open"" The purpose of this sources sought notice is to conduct market availability within the National Capital Region for Portable Shower Trailers for use in rapid deployment situations.� A Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to a single source is the intended outcome.� The BPA will be for five (5) Three hundred and sixty-five day Ordering periods.� During this time Task or Delivery Orders may or may not be issued against the BPA dependent entirely upon the Government's need.� All pricing shall be Firm-fixed price for the duration of the BPA. Please provide informal pricing on the attached PWS or in a format that demonstrates a complete understanding of the requirements.� An IGCE will be developed using the informal pricing submitted.� Questions can be addressed to Major Patrick White�and�David Gecewicz up until 48�hours prior to the close of this notice. patrick.m.white2.mil@mail.mil david.l.gecewicz2.civ@mail.mil All interested parties shall be registered in Beta.sam.gov, have a valid D.U.N.S. number and CAGE Code.� This information shall be submitted with any response to the Notice. A Draft PWS is attached and may be revised as the result of responses to this Notice. Templates in the PWS diagramming typical trailers are for guidance only.� Modular buildings that can be mobilized rapidly are also acceptable in single-wid and double-wide configurations. Updated PWS is provided.
