- Description: The Project Manager for Maneuver Ammunition Systems (PM-MAS), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ and the Army Contracting Command -Rock Island, IL are currently seeking sources for the manufacture and/or refurbishment and delivery of PA125 Metal Containers including the internal packaging components.� The PA125 Metal Container is the outer shipping and storage container for packaging linked 25mm cartridges (M910/M792/M793). Specifications:� The PA125 ammunition container and internal packaging components shall be manufactured in accordance with a US Government Owned Technical Data Package (TDP), Distribution A, Approved for public release, distribution unlimited.� Requests for the TDPs may be obtained by written notice to the point of contact listed below.� Planned Acquisition:� The anticipated requirement is for the manufacture and delivery of up to a total quantity of 95K each new and/or refurbished (refurbishment includes required contractor pick up of used PA125 containers deemed suitable for refurbishment from various locations within CONUS as instructed by the Joint Munitions Command, Rock Island, IL,) PA125 Metal Containers and internal components during the FY22-FY27 timeframe. A Firm Fixed Price contract is contemplated. Submission Information:� All responsible interested sources should submit their capabilities/qualification data. The respondent's capabilities must demonstrate the ability to produce and/or refurbish approximately 19K each new and/or refurbished PA125 Metal Containers annually with the submission of the following information: identify essential manufacturing processes, to include any facilitation required to refurbish, produce and inspect the PA125 container, filler pads, restraining plates and the separator assembly; identify equipment and skills required to refurbish and/or manufacture and inspect PA125 containers and the internal packaging components, identify storage facilities for PA125 containers, including facilities that can store/handle hazardous/explosive material, to minimize environmental exposures and identify if the storage facility is separate from production facilities; Submittal of information is requested via electronic mail only, no later than 15 days from the date of this notice.� All responses should be submitted to Michael A.
