The US Army Contracting Command-Redstone, Operations and Weapons Services Directorate, Base Operations Division A, plans to obtain information to serve as market research to help identify potential sources that can provide the following requirement. �1. The support contractor, as an independent contractor and not an agent of the United States Government, shall provide all technical and logistic support services in support of SAMD Program Meetings. SAMD Pre Covid-19 Meeting average is 10 to 20 Meetings Per. Year. The average cost is $15K to $20K per meeting. A portion of these meetings are OCONUS. The contractor will be responsible for all of the following but not limited to. 1.1 Preparation for, attendance at, and participation in the Meetings by technical and support personnel as needed and appropriated. ???????1.2�Coordination between hotel contractor and SAMD personnel as needed to ensure a successful Meeting. ???????1.3�Coordination and integration of support and ancillary activities associated with the Meetings, and other duties, services, and activities in support of the review as directed by SAMD. ???????1.4�The contractor shall coordinate specific Meeting Rooms as required. Mail Distribution for the U.S. Army Garrison - Redstone (USAG-R) Directorate of Human Resources (DHR) and Department of Public Works (DPW) servicing all of Redstone Arsenal. The potential source will provide all management, supervision, personnel, labor, vehicles and materials required to provide incoming and outgoing Official Mail and Distribution management services and Pickup and delivery services to administrative offices at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. This RFI will also utilize NAICS Codes 541860,484110 and 561210. � � � Army Contracting Command-Redstone is seeking the following information from interested parties who have the capability to perform the above effort: Include your company full name, physical address, and CAGE.
