Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,� as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation will be evaluated and awarded per the prescribed procedures of FAR Part 13. The 910 Airlift Wing at the Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Vienna, Ohio intends to solicit for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Multiple Awards for Hazardous Waste and Water Analysis Testing Services. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish BPAs for hazardous waste and water analysis testing in Vienna, OH. The 910th MSG/CEV Squadron requires sampling for toxins in the waste water from aircraft and vehicle washings that goes to the Industrial Wastewater Pretreatment Facility. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number: FA665621R0006 This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-08, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20200605, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2019-1001. All work is to be performed in accordance with the PWS (Performance Work Statement), BPA Terms and Conditions and wage determination. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541380 with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million. Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-2, Price, Technical Acceptability. Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the SAM.GOV system. Vendor must be willing to accept payment via Government Purchase Card (GPC). The Offeror is responsible to download any amendments and other documents from this website without further notice from the 910th Airlift Wing. The Offeror must be an authorized, qualified, and certified vendor. Written quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted) to be filled out completely on the attached Price List. The Government reserves the right to make multiple agreements. The Government may award one or more BPAs resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is the lowest evaluated price meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors.
