Description

Requirement: Onsite Repair Service for Orthoscan Mini C-Arm Model 1000-0004-FD, Error: ""Will Not Pass Boot Up"" Please complete the RFQ attached and provide information from Section M - Evaluation Factors for Award. Technical evaluation of offeror's quote will consist of technical capability to provide and perform services�requested and offer must be found technically acceptable by Naval Medical Center Portsmouth after review. If response does not include enough information to perform a technical evaluation it will be considered Non-Responsive. Also, the Government will make a ""Best Value"" award that consist of Technical Capabilities, Past Performance, and Price. All requested information must be provided for quote to be responsive. **Quotes should reflect pricing on all items for consideration. A published price list must be included with the quote. This is needed to assist in establishing fair and reasonable pricing for the Government ** Questions should be emailed to lateasha.e.cunningham.civ@mail.mil prior to RFQ closing date on 01/30/21�at� 3:00PM EST.
