Description
1/21/2021 - MODIFICATION 01 TO�SOLICITATION 1333MF21QNFFN0011 Modification 01 is issued to soliciation 1333MF2QNFFN0011 to extend the delivery date to Friday, January 22, 2021, 4:00 pm Pacific Standard time.� Modified Standard Form 18 is attached with new closing date in Box #10.� All interested vendors interested in submitting an offer should do so by this new closing date.� All terms & conditions remain the same. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. �(ii) The solicitation number for this procurement is 1333MF21QNFFN0011 and is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).� (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06 (JUNE 2020) (Deviation 2020-05) (APRIL 2020). (iv) The associated NAICS code is 483114 (v)� This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: Line Item No 0001 -�Services, non-personal to perform specific tasks including making pelagic longline sets in regions of the Gulf of Mexico to target pelagic sharks. Typical pelagic sets will be up to five nautical miles in length with 100 hooks deployed per nautical mile in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. See Attached Standard Form 18 included as a separate attachment on beta.sam.gov, Contract Opportunities.� (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired See the Statement of Work which is included as a separate attachment.� (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB Point. THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS: March 1, 2021 through February 8, 2022 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Work will be conducted along the deeper areas of the continental shelf in the northern Gulf of Mexico primarily in waters off Louisiana, Alabama, and Mississippi out to 1000 m depth.
